About EP NEW - Eastern Pennsylvania Network for Education and Workforce

Eastern Pennsylvania Network for Education and Workforce (EP NEW) was developed as a collaborative effort among several eastern Pennsylvania business-education partnerships. Realizing they would have stronger power as a larger group, the seven business-education organizations joined forces.

By working as a group, these seven partnerships will be able to share resources, reaching a broader coverage area more efficiently.

This coalition will work together to share and execute important programs for students in many school districts throughout eastern Pennsylvania. The programs enacted through this initiative will help students make informed career choices.

EP NEW is a group that benefits both businesses and students through the partnerships. Business leaders contribute information and ideas relevant to today’s business and industry topics, while students learn more about what skills and education are necessary for their career choices. This contemporary focus ensures an enriching experience for both businesses and students and provides businesses with knowledgeable, well-trained employees.

EP NEW programs will make students aware of career opportunities right here in our region, helping prevent the “brain drain” that can occur when bright, talented students leave the region.
